What to have ready
It helps — but is not required — to have these nearby when you call:
- Your Medicare card, if you already have one
- A list of your prescriptions, including doses
- The names of your doctors and any hospitals you use
- Any letters you have received about your current coverage
Do not worry if you do not have all of this. We can start with whatever you have and fill in the rest together.
